SHAEL MORGAN
I am a Lumerian water priestess, guardian of sacred healing waters, herbal alchemist, ceremonialist, certified yoga teacher, and gourmet chef devoted to holistic healing, beauty, and sacred living. I walk the path of love and devotion, having been deeply initiated by the Temple of the Rose, and I humbly bow and dedicate my life’s work to serving at the altar of love. My work weaves together plant medicine, yoga, meditation, and ritual to support personal transformation, heart healing, and the awakening of the Divine Feminine.
Since 2020, I have been immersed in Peruvian healing practices and ceremonial arts with Andean medicine man Puma Fredy Quispe Singona, both online and in person in Peru and Mexico. I have trained in cosmic herbalism with Adriana Ayales, founder of Anima Mundi Apothecary, and walked the Magdalene path of Divine Feminine embodiment through direct transmissions and initiations with Elayne Kalia Dougherty and the oracle of Mary Magdalene. My practice has also deepened through ceremony and study with Dr. Ali Maya and Lindsey Wise, with a focus on voice activation, prayer, love, and herbal alchemy. I am a mesa carrier and have been initiated by Pachamama, cosmic forces, and my Andean teachers.
Ceremony is at the heart of everything I offer. I am especially passionate about working with cacao and other sacred plants as medicine in the most authentic and reverent ways possible. I honor these plants as master teachers and am committed to holding ceremonial spaces that respect ancestral wisdom and indigenous traditions.
My background includes extensive training in yoga and spiritual philosophy: a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, a 50-hour Level 1 Restorative Teacher Training with Judith Hanson Lasater, and ParaYoga intensives in Kundalini, The Four Desires, Yoga Nidra, and Lotus in the Heart with Rod Stryker. I have also had the honor of studying with renowned teachers such as Kia Miller, Seane Corn, Krishna Das, and Anodea Judith.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver and trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, a health-supportive, organic, plant-based culinary school, where I studied Ayurveda and the use of food as medicine. I completed my culinary internship at ABC Kitchen by Jean-Georges and later founded and directed kiddieCookers, an organic gourmet cooking school for children in Aspen.
Now based in Aspen, I weave together the medicine of the Rose Temple, healing waters, high-quality organic, farm-to-table cuisine, plant medicine, and embodied spiritual practice to help others return to balance, harmony, and deep alignment with the Earth.
“May we all unlock the sacred divine feminine keys that lie within us so we can come together and rise in the light supported and surrounded by unconditional love, and may we reclaim and embody our power fully, this my prayer.”
